Qs: Why are female characters almost always stupidly trapped and caught in the Taimanin universe ? Couldn't a better script be written ? Is there a reason why it's like this ¿

They obviously have to contrive a situation where these powerful characters can be captured and put under restraint. But I don't think most of the situations are too unreasonable or unbelievable: Early instances either involve subterfuge or the character being absolutely exhausted after a tough fight. It's only in the later games that characters become easily tricked or blackmailed over nothing.

At a guess, I would say that the blame for this lies largely on Iida Kazuhiko. I know absolutely nothing about him, but according to VNDB, he seems to be the one responsible for the story of Taimanin Kurenai and part of Asagi Zero. Those are both games where the characters fall into the porn situation incredibly easily, so I doubt it's a coincidence that they're the two Taimanin titles that he wrote the story for.
