Do you think Lilith has a plan or even just a rough draft for the teasers they leave at the end of the VNs ? Or do you think they just bullshit from scratch when they finally think they should continue a VN?

I assume that they just try to leave a game open-ended in case a sequel happens. I think they probably do have some idea of where Yukikaze and Asagi Zero will go, but I doubt they think that far ahead with any of the others.
