Ever notice that Lilith-Soft recently tends to kill off their female villains instead of give them some sort of sexual karma? And the few times it does happen, its usually not as bad as what the heroes could have suffered. Don't you thinking leaving the the villainess at the mercy of a pack of orcs or something like Under Eden's "flesh vessel" be more fitting than killing them off?

I don't think it would serve the story to punish the villains in that way. Obviously, the premise of every game is contrived to be pornographic, but it's still played straight: The sexual situations are forms of torture, or the result of criminal activities such as slavery and prostitution rings. The heroines are made out to be at the very least pragmatic, if not outright idealistic about justice, and that means it's simply not in their characters to take that kind of revenge.
