Yes. It's the last of the really heavily requested games, unless I put Taima Seiko Alice back on the list. Most everything else beneath it has a very tiny number of requests.
Why was Taima Seiko Alice off the list? Don't get me wrong, I am really looking forward to the Chronos translation, but Taima Seiko Alice would be a great follow-up project.
ReplyDeleteThat is because Taima Seiko Alice is already being translated by someone else but you only hear from him on 4chan sometimes. last I heard, he has currently translated all H-scenes and is in the midst of translating the rest of the plot but that was months ago.
DeleteSomebody came to me ages ago (I think 2017 or 18), looking for help on starting a translation for it. I kind of “froze” it on the list after that—i.e., it’s still there, but I’ve been ignoring it. After that, I heard nothing from them directly, but apparently they went and posted updates on 4chan, before going silent entirely.
DeleteI was almost going to unfreeze it, but then I was notified that yet another person on 4chan (at least, I assume it’s another person) had taken it up. I was told that this one was going to be an edited machine translation, but I don’t know if that’s true or not. Either way, if anything comes of it, there’s no point in me spending months scrutinizing the script, when I could be working on something else.
Afaik, Taima Seiko Alice has already been translated and released.
