Do you think Real and Zokuto will be given larger roles in TY3 (if it ever gets made) or be quickly disposed of like Muneichi in TY2? I would be interested in seeing if Real would be given a demon form and become a proper nemesis towards Rinko, which was something that they were seemly building up to in the previous games.

I would expect them to come up with a new setting. I don't think Real would fit into the story unless it were set in Yomihara (at least, for more than a quick flashback or cameo). Zokuto could make an appearance anywhere, and he should, because he didn't get enough content in the first game. But as for whether or not we could expect them to play a significant part in the story, I rather doubt it. A third part would definitely feature Kuroi in some new body, but they wouldn't necessarily try to revisit too many things from the first game.
