Do absolutely nothing but appeal to the lowest common denominator. Go all-in on gacha, make everything vanilla, cater exclusively to the kind of people who self-insert. Also remember to cut corners everywhere. The thing that separates hentai from live action pornography is the skill and effort required, so if you can find a way to appeal to the most people with the least effort, you'll be raking in the dosh. Your fans will hate you, but who cares? You're rich.
