Besides Lilith, do you know of any hentai studios (if that's the right way to describe them) that originally weren't gacha-focused but later became that?

It seems like most of the big developers have turned to gacha by now. Some didn't succeed, largely because they didn't have a unique selling point to distinguish themselves. I know Alicesoft has one, there's an Eden's Ritter gacha, an Inyouchuu gacha... Just about all of the most well-known companies have tried at one point or another. Of course, I don't know if any of them shifted to focus on their gacha games exclusively, like Lilith have.
