Did the Annerose game or anywhere else ever explain a bit more about Amidahara's laws? Were there no limits to making anyone a slave?

I don't know, as I still have not gotten around to playing Annerose. I don't think Amidahara is mentioned anywhere else in the other games (apart from the gacha ones, obviously).
