I found this terrible fanfiction and does it sound arousing to you? (Don't worry, I kept this short.)

In it, Bart and Lisa start freezing to death since they were playing in snowy mountains. (It's never explained why they got there, so don't ask.) So, to get warm, they have sex. But since Bart lacks "recessive organs" which Lisa has, he perishes. (Or... something like that.) Later Lisa learns she's pregnant from it and chooses to have the child out of respect for her brother cuz he saved her from freezing to death.

That's not arousing. It's poignant and moving, and a shoo-in for the Booker Prize.
