Do you and other translators keep in contact in any form? such as to avoid accidentally translating the same game or get help with a project

I've coordinated with Run Q, Spidfan and YukikazeACute. Also some others who got in touch, looking to start Lilith game projects which have not (as yet) materialized. However, there are other people, like the ones who did Annerose and Kangoku Academia, who didn't bother giving me so much as a courtesy message to let me know about it.
