Oh and i want to throw Triangle Blue into the ring of requests, unlikely to win (kind of old and really big) but someone translated Gatenkei so not all hope is lost for this one xD

I think the only times I've outright rejected a request were when I didn't think I would be able to work with the files at all, and one case where the game was fan fiction for something I wasn't familiar with.
