Most satisfying Lilith villain defeat in your opinion? For me, it's Oboro's in the true ending of TA1.

I'd say Takuto getting blown up. Most of them aren't really "satisfying", per se. Either the villain is defeated too instantaneously, or they're not really dead. Black's defeat could be up there due to the dramatic emphasis on it, if they hadn't retconned which ending was canon.
