Not actively. It looks decent enough, but it's not yet in the running. And I have a feeling that before it ever did creep its way to the top of the requests list, it would almost certainly be officially localized. Given that Orcsoft have three localizers licensing from them these days, I'm surprised it hasn't been picked already.
