No idea. What's even more baffling is when you get a company like Pako Pako Soft, that's been completely dead for years, and then suddenly they start making more games.
Well i can't be sure of this but after seeing it on VNDB it is aparently just a brand rather than an independ company, of NEXTON, wich is huge, so that is probably how at least that example remains running, and better than other brands actually even if its not the biggest one among them.
