Probably not a lot, but I know they exist. I'm aware of one woman offhand who's got the games, tapestries, artbooks, figurines, onaholes she can't even use, etc. I expect it's far more likely in Japan, where Taimanin in particular has a certain level of pop culture relevance.
I remember a few years ago, I was talking to a co-worker of mine about his new girlfriend (an ex-employee I knew) and he started talking about how she made him watch some hentai rape and tentacles hentai and he hated it. He liked her but he said that was too weird for him!

I'm a woman and a fan of Taimanin series, but I like it more for the interesting setting rather than sex scenes.
