Was the Barnacle-type monster scene in Alice the most challenging to translate for the reasons that tentacle scenes tend to be difficult to translate?

Similar, but mostly related to the fact that when they're doing monsters, it can be difficult to conceptualize or convey the bizarre attributes they give them. That's not an issue when you're reading it, but when you're translating, the precise details suddenly become your problem.
