I've been playing/re-playing some VNs these days and I have one question: Why the heck is Lilith so in love with the term "Grim Reaper"??

I mean, one of the main characters of each Kangoku Senkan 3, Kangoku Academia and Cara the BloodLord are called the Grim Reaper! And that's just those I know. Isn't there any other cool names that could fit??

The word refers specifically to "Death" as a personified entity, and there aren't a lot of good alternatives that get the meaning across.

Also, I know you didn't translate Kangoku Senkan 3 and Cara. The translator decided to go with Cara and Kila. I have no idea what it is supposed to be, but it seems to me it's more plausible for them to be Carla (as I've seen somewhere) and Kira. Which is it?

It's officially Cara and Kila. That said, Lilith's own official transliterations can be inconsistent in various places: New Solar/New Soral; Naomi Evans/Naomi Evance; Alicia Viewstroem/Alicia Bystroem; Crackle/Kurakuru; etc.
