Here's the second patch for Chronos. It covers the full alien route, up to and including the good ending. If you hit the pirate route instead, go back to choice 3.
Unlike last time, there's no need to hold back on playing the partial patch. The pirate route seems very much like it's been grafted on to the main story, so you're not missing anything important.
