What’s the best thing about Tsuma Netori besides something like finishing it?

The only creative thing in the game is the scene early on when they use electrodes on Makoto's legs to make her rape herself with a dildo. That was the point when I was thinking that maybe not having a fantasy setting was going to force them to come up with ideas that were more original, and boy was I wrong.
