I don't consume a lot of yaoi, mainly for aesthetic reasons such as the art being total shit. For some reason, yaoi artists are convinced that men look more rugged and handsome if they have the pointiest features imaginable. The ones that don't fall into this trap never seem all that great, either. I played Absolute Obedience way back when, and I found the couple scenes I played through very underwhelming.

In anime/manga terms, on the other hand, I would highly recommend Love Stage to anyone who's interested in absolute narrative trainwrecks. They reached the natural conclusion of their story, couldn't think of anywhere to go with it, and decided to give one of the characters hypnosis-induced amnesia so that the plot could happen all over again.
