I recall watching a video that I believe was called "Spongebob having sex" in which has Plankton asks Spongebob if he can screw him, the latter agrees, and I think they go to his house. Spongebob then asks Plankton if he has any STDs, the latter says he has AIDs, and Spongebob decides to not fuck him. However, Plankton ends up having sex with Squidward instead. They then have a kid six months later (somehow).

Of course not. It says "Spongebob having sex", and he doesn't have sex. That's just false advertising.
