I know an episode of a show that has several characters go to a club and one keeps trying to flirt with a girl but tries to cover it up by saying he's doing the same thing to everyone else there (i.e. buying them drinks and later shots). But, one attempt has him ask her if she wants to have sex with him in the club's sex room. She asks why, he says it's cuz he's fucking everyone in the club, some people grab him, and forcibly pull him into the sex room. But, he leaves the room not long afterwards, with the implication being they let him go cuz he shows no signs of injury, trauma, or clothing damage.

Do you think that was a missed opportunity for an H-scene and doubly so considering he canonically has 2 dicks? (Also, I think the series creator also confirmed that nothing sexual happened)

Well, if nothing sexual happened, then it would make for a boring H scene, wouldn't it? They might as well have been playing Scrabble.
